The final concentrations of peptides were set according to their IC50 values: LTX-315 (synthesized and provided by KS-V Peptide Biological Technology Co., Ltd., Hefei, China) 10 μM, 827 2.5 μM, MTX 100 μM, and other peptides 1 μM.
